These terms cover your use of this website and our mobile app, our text messaging program, and any application you submit through either. They are not the rental agreement. If you rent or take a rent-to-own vehicle from us, a separate written agreement governs that vehicle — and where anything here differs from that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Earnings figures on this site

The screenshots and figures we publish are historical, app-reported results from real drivers in our fleet. They are not a promise, a projection, an average, or a guarantee, and they are not typical of any particular driver. They show gross earnings before the weekly rental, fuel, tolls, taxes and other costs. What you earn depends on demand, hours, trip mix, fares, tips, promotions, your standing on the platform, and decisions made by you and by Uber. Any planning tool or estimate on this site is an illustration only.

Availability, rates, and applications

Vehicles, weekly rates and rent-to-own terms shown here are current to the best of our knowledge and can change without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer or a reservation. Submitting a form starts a conversation — it does not reserve a vehicle, create an agreement, or guarantee approval. We may decline any application, and approval depends on eligibility, platform standing, a background check run through Uber, and vehicle availability.

Rental and rent-to-own terms

Summaries on this site are for orientation only. The full terms — including the deposit, minimum term, notice period, insurance requirements, what happens to a vehicle in an incident, and every other obligation on both sides — live in the written agreement you review and sign in person before you take a vehicle. Read it. Ask about anything in it before you sign. Rent-to-own applicants carry their own full-coverage insurance naming us as additional insured and loss payee, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Text messages

We send SMS only to people who explicitly opted in on one of our forms. You may receive messages about vehicle availability, your inquiry, or your rent-to-own application. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of email or phone contact, and it does not affect any rental agreement you already have with us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Using this website

Use the site for its intended purpose: learning about our vehicles and contacting us. Do not submit false information, someone else’s personal details, or another person’s phone number. Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to break the site. Our name, logo, photographs and written content belong to us; the vehicle images are of our own fleet.

Uber and other platforms

We are an independent vehicle provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Uber Technologies, Inc. Uber, Uber Black and Uber Black SUV are trademarks of Uber Technologies, Inc., used here only to describe vehicle eligibility. Your relationship with Uber — including approval, deactivation, fares and promotions — is between you and Uber, and is governed by their terms, not ours. Platform eligibility can change, and we do not control it.

Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. They are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
