What we collect

When you submit our availability form, we collect your name, email, phone number, whether you want to rent or rent-to-own, the vehicles you're interested in, your contact preferences, and any message you include. You may optionally upload a photo of your driver's license to speed up approval — it is never required. We do not collect payment information on this website.

Driver's-license uploads

If you choose to upload your license, the image is stored in a private, access-restricted folder, used solely to verify rental or rent-to-own eligibility, never shared with third parties, and deleted on request or once verification is complete.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your rental inquiry, to notify you about vehicle availability if you asked us to, and to coordinate the rental process. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their marketing.

Text messages

We only send SMS if you explicitly opted in on the form. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Where it's stored

Inquiries are stored in a private spreadsheet and email inbox accessible only to 513 Black Car Rental staff.

Delete your data

Email info@513blackcarrental.com and we'll remove your information within 30 days.
